Can I exchange or return my hair order?
If there is an issue with your order. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURN ON WIGS!
We are pleased to offer a refund on UNOPENED hair extensions within THREE days of receiving your order, on hair extensions that has not been opened, the seal broken or tampered with. If the seal is broken or tampered with. The hair will be returned to you and no refund will be issued!!!
When returning please include a note with your Order number and reason for returning.
*Returning the hair will be the customer’s responsibility on shipping fees back to us.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are normally returned to your bank card within 24-48 hours.
What if my package is lost/stolen?
•We are not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
Can I cancel my order?
